My background in both mental health counseling and pharmacy informs my understanding of the connection between emotional and physical well-being. While medication management is not part of my psychotherapy services, I support clients in developing the confidence to communicate their experiences, ask informed questions, and advocate for their needs when working with their healthcare providers.

Living with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or another persistent mental health condition can present challenges that extend beyond managing symptoms.

You may be navigating relationships, employment, school, self-esteem, life transitions, or the ongoing process of understanding what supports your emotional well-being.
